OUR WARRANTY

5-Year Installation Warranty

Aqua Terra Eavestroughs warrants the workmanship of all gutter and downpipe installations for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation. If a defect occurs due to installation workmanship or defective parts during this period, Aqua Terra will repair or correct the issue at no cost to the property owner. This warranty applies solely to defects resulting from defective parts or improper installation performed by Aqua Terra Eavestroughs.

Manufacturer Product Warranties

Many of the premium products we install are covered by separate manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and may extend beyond the installation warranty period.

HOW DO YOU SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM?

You must submit your claim in writing to us within the warranty period and within a reasonable period of time after the defect is discovered. Please provide the following information: a picture and a description of the claimed defect and the date the defect was discovered; the date of original installation; a copy of the invoice; the name, address and phone number of the dealer who installed the Product and your name, address and phone number. Claims should be sent to ALU-REX INC., 2180 de la Rotonde Ave., Lévis (Quebec) G6X 2L8, faxed to 1-888-909-2248 or e-mailed at contact@alu-rex.com.

ALU-REX INC. will provide notification of any additional information and physical evidence that may be required to process your claim.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Structural settling or movement of the building
Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by parties other than Aqua Terra
Lack of maintenance or accumulation of debris
Improper use or misuse of the system
Severe weather events including hail, ice, snow, wind, or falling branches
Damage caused by fire, natural disasters, or other acts of nature

Customer Responsibility

The long-term performance of your gutter system depends on a sound structure and basic maintenance.

The property owner is responsible for ensuring:

The structure the system is fastened to remains sound and stable
Regular cleaning of debris from roof and gutters
Downspouts and drains remain free-flowing
Failure to maintain the system or address structural issues voids this warranty.
